ATTENTION ALL COA HOLDERS ‘

Time is winding down for renewals!  Certificates of Authority and Preneed Sales Agents must be renewed by SEPTEMBER 01, 2024, to avoid a late penalty.  All renewals must be in the Board office by September 01, 2024.  This means if you are mailing the renewal, you need to make sure the renewal is mailed prior to September 01, 2024, to ensure the delivery by September 01, 2024.  Postmark dates will not be considered. Any applications received September 02, 2024, through October 01, 2024, will have a $100 late penalty.

The renewal fee for a Certificate of Authority is $99.00.
The renewal fee for each registered branch is $198.00.
The renewal fee for each Preneed Sales Agent is $33.00.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE CHECKING YOUR EMAILS FOR DEFICIENCY LETTERS! If we are reviewing your submission and find errors, we will email you to get those errors fixed.  Please make sure you are regularly checking your email for deficiency letters. If you have a deficiency and do not correct it by September 01, 2024, you may receive a late penalty for your renewal.

A Certificate of Authority cannot be renewed until the Board office has received at least one Preneed Sales Agent renewal application for that COA.  A Preneed Sales Agent cannot be renewed until the application for the Certificate of Authority has been received by the Board office.

Financial statements should be submitted with the Certificate of Authority renewal application.

No semi-annual reports are due by August 14, 2024.  No quarterly reports are due by August 14, 2024.  All reporting is due February 14, 2025, for the calendar year 2024.
